How to Fix Start Menu and Cortana  in Windows 10 which is not openinig ?

Follow the  simple steps.

  step  1 :  open command  prompt as admin

  step  2 : i.e., right click  on start menu and select Command Prompt (Admin)

 step  3 : type the following  command  "sfc /scannow"

  step  4 : wait for the verification to complete till 100%

  step  5 :  restart  the system

this  worked for me
